Have not had a good experience with the customer service at the Little Rock AR. office, twice I have tried to get the service department to come to my house to fix my sisters electric wheelchair, twice they didn’t show or call. Don’t know how the other stores work, I-just know how this store works- And it’s not good

Did the work as needed. When I advised that the problem with my chair was interffeering with my therapy, they got right on my chair. They came to my house and fixed my chair just as I needed.

If there was 10 stars I would give Numotion's Staff all of them! I have a severely disabled daughter and I have been blessed to have quite the team building or fixing her wheelchairs! Thank you to all who work so hard to weave us through the never ending paperwork, being so patient with my daughter who, at times is quite the handful because of her spasticity, and with me who can be extremely picky lol. Thank you for 25+ years of excellent service, and for truly caring about these children and adults! God bless you all!

I’ve been in a wheelchair for 20+ years. This is by far the worst company I have had to deal with for my wheelchair service needs. The employees seem nice enough, but the customer service is terrible.
