I am a left arm amputee. On an out-of-town visit to my in-laws' house in Little Rock, my control cable broke. I found Snell on-line. They got me in quickly, and made a speedy repair. Friendly staff. Highly recommend Snell.
Great experience. The staff was very helpful. They made me feel like they genuinely cared. Made sure I was feeling great before i left the building.
The first set of insoles was okay . And after that 3 times I got my insoles made up with very cheap materials very uncomfortable very unprofessional the size is not right for each foot . And they charge me a alot of money every time 400 dolla and up . Not include my doctore nurse call them 2 times and they forget to book me an appointment . They call me 3 weeks after to tell me that they just have my paper works .. now I will never go there again . I go to ( happy feet ) north little rock and get my insoles made for freaking 20 dolla . Good material and right size and 10 min service. I don't have to wait a whole month and get charged 400 .
I had some trouble on a visit that was made 100% right by this company. The administrators were responsive and more than fair. Additionally, the product they made us was top notch. In today's business world not everyone cares enough to right a wrong. Any company that does is someone I am very confident in referring business to.
