I came in with my dad and received excellent personalized service; we would happily come here a again. I’m not sure of the name of the young man who helped us but he was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable.

I’m assuming the owner operator was the man helping me at Redwing. He was not helpful and did not seem to appreciate my business. When I returned to pick up my very expensive boots, which were made of leather, he ill advised me that I could “probably“ condition them with water. After I asked him about breaking them in and care for them, he had zero advice to offer. I went home and read The simple care instructions in the box of boots and realized the gross neglect of this company soon after

Boots arrived quickly. Good service... Glad they offered military discount when they saw my ID at checkout. Many places don’t these days.

They were very friendly and helpful with a great selection. I will say they don’t know as much as some other red wing stores I’ve been to about fitting them properly.
