Dr. Rango is absolutely AMAZING. I started with him when he was at CHI ST Vincent due to insurance reasons. I was scared to use another doc but boy was I in for a surprise. He and his staff are fabulous. I have never felt more comfortable with my gyno/ob Doc. On top of being a rock star doctor he is really funny! He puts a smile on your face every time you have to go see him. He is so supportive and listens to any issues. I have never felt hurried, or that my questions were not important. He takes time to explain things to you until he knows you understand or have answers. If you are looking for a new OB/GYNO look no further!

“Dr. Rango” hands down, is the best OBGYN in Arkansas,...no questions asked! No, I didn’t know him from “Adam,” but I knew I needed to find a great doctor, who also specialized in “high risk“ patients. I live in a small town, about 2 hours from Little Rock, and when I say he was WELL WORTH every minute of that drive up until having my baby, I mean it! Even when I had to drive once a week, the closer I got to my due date...100% worth it! His TOP priority is listening to the needs of his patients and ensuring that those needs are met to the best of his ability! I am 33 years old and this was my first child; I had him at 37 weeks. I went in for what I thought was my “typical” weekly check up, and things just didn’t seem right to Dr. Rango. I had gained over 9lbs of fluid, blood pressure was higher than normal, and after that 2 hour drive, I was completely swollen from knees down! That particular day, my appointment was closer to “closing time,” and Dr. Rango just refused to risk me driving all the way back home (keep in mind, he was going to be gone for the next 5 days, the following day on vacation) and he wanted to be sure he was the one to deliver my baby if it was anywhere in his power to do so. So, that night, I had my emergency c-section (perfect incision might I add and perfect experience from start to finish.) Dr. Rango is the most reassuring doctor, I swear. If I were to have another child, I 100% will choose Dr. Rango again, no matter if I still live in Arkansas or Timbuktu!

In April 2019, my family experienced the devastating loss of our baby Lennon early in the 2nd trimester. My husband and I went to Baptist ER due to complications. We were treated very well by all of the ER staff and ER physician. The on call OB-GYN was consulted and that is when we met Dr. Ranganathan (who asked us to call him Dr. Rango). He immediately put us at ease by genuinely sympathizing with our loss and assuring us he would take care of us.nnSeveral months later, we were fortunate enough to be expecting again. We knew we had to have Dr. Rango as our OB-GYN. Our pregnancy was considered high risk due to many factors. Throughout the pregnancy Dr. Rango and his wonderful nurse Misty efficiently juggled everything from our anxiety, questions, labs, ultrasounds, a hospitalization, FMLA paperwork and even advocated for us with insurance when they had denied a claim.nnThen March 2020 arrived and so did COVID-19. Dr. Rango and Misty, RN continued to provide excellent care for us despite the global pandemic and all of the unknowns it brought with it.nnAlmost one year to the day that we lost Lennon, Dr. Rango delivered our much prayed for HEALTHY little girl! We will forever be grateful to Dr. Rango and Misty, RN for always giving us the best of themselves during a frightening time for everyone in the world.nnThank you again Dr. Rango and Misty, RN for loving us and taking care of our family.

The care that this doctor provides is so meaningful. I was referred to him for a possibly serious condition he took me in and reassured me he would seek the right treatments. He stayed with me til I got the all clear. He was very thorough and understanding. I appreciate that.
