Poor customer service, order incorrect, refusal to fix. I placed an online order for traditional and boneless wings. Upon arrival the buffalo wild wings location was extremely crowded, take out orders were being pushed out fast and I just glanced at my order. *I should have looked deeper because the order was wrong* I called the location as soon as I opened it and the workers on the phone were initially nice and said they were going to talk to their manager about fixing my order and that I could just come back. The manager then told them to let me know that because I signed the order, they would not do anything about it, bluntly. They then hung up the phone as I was beginning to say something, not getting the chance to say anything. No one signed anything as the take out orders were being pushed out quickly. The restaurant was busy, however this was terrible customer service. Needless to say, this is not how you maintain business. While I am to blame as well, this was just a surprising experience. I have already filled out the 'orders and visits' page and hope to get a response.

I never put a negative review. I placed an online order and got less number of wings than I had ordered for. I called the restaurant and the representative said she’ll transfer to someone to help me out and a guy named Joseph (maybe manager?) spoke to me. He didn’t care to fix it. He said we put stickers for the count and this and that. I mean are you serious? Why will I call if my order was fine.

I loved their nachos and the wings were well cooked and very spicy. The server was awesome and ambiance was relaxing but alive as well. I'll be coming to this location more often!

I never leave bad reviews but the past few times i been here has been horrible. The servers ignored us my first time dining in and every other time i came in to eat the servers seem to hate their jobs so I started doing pick up orders (only because the food is great) But this last time they said my order should be ready in 20 minutes so i came in 30 minutes because i know how long they take (every time) then i got there and they said my order was ready and she’s gonna bring it out, but unfortunately i ended up waiting another 30 minutes lol. I almost lost my patience and left but i have a lot of respect for the business owner and nothing else was open. So to conclude this review this is probably my last time coming here untill you guys get better workers.
