Mary at Belle Cheveux did my hair and makeup for my wedding last week and let me just say, I could NOT have been happier with the results! She really listened to me about what I wanted and with her help, I was able to achieve my vision for my big day. Overall, hair and makeup took about 2 hours. I can only imagine the pressure of being the hair and makeup stylist responsible for someone's wedding day look, as that is the one day when you want to look and feel your best. But Mary was such a pro, and I can honestly say she knocked it out of the park! Plus she is the sweetest. I felt beautiful and glammed up but still looked like myself, which is all you want as a bride. I'm so glad my usual hair stylist recommended Belle Cheveux, they did a great job!
Mary greeted me the second I entered the salon with her warm and welcoming personality. She took time to match my color perfectly for a root touch up. It’s a treat to have my hair done here. I love coming to Mary and know you will, too!
I am very very disappointed with my experience at Belle Cheveux last Saturday. The hair stylist who was assigned to me clearly did not know what she was doing. I wanted to get a deep conditioning and layered hair cut. I get deep conditioning done on a regular basis at other places and I know what to expect and what I got here was just a hair wash with some conditioner which was all done in literally 2 to 3 minutes. Coming to the hair cut, I wanted to get a layered hair cut all around with short layers , and all she could do was to trim my hair by an inch with some layers on the front, which I could have done a better job at home. I was charged $70 for this. My hair stylist realized that she was not able to get the layers on my hair, and she asked one of her colleagues for help, however the other stylist was busy with a customer and no one actually took the responsibility to offer the service I requested for. I am utterly disappointed by the service and I felt it was just a waste of money and my time. I am never ever going back again and be aware that not everyone in this particular salon knows what they are doing!
Mary is amazing!!! I’ve never had this great of an experience before. Not only did she take the time to make sure exactly how I wanted my hair was done, she gave me countless tips on how to style my hair and get the look I’ve been trying to achieve for years!! Love it. Thanks again! I’ll most definitely be back.
Mary is magical! Such a talented stylist, and the queen of color... she totally exceeded my expectations. So sweet and fun... I love my appointments with her at Belle Cheveaux!
