The food is amazing. Honestly the best wings in LR. Unfortunately bad customer service brings this place down. If they can master their attitudes like they’ve mastered the wings they would be perfect. It is also very hard to get through to place a phone order. Thankfully I had no issues today when I ordered and someone actually picked up. Usually the phone is busy or just rings.
Wing shack the truth
Great service, very friendly. I have eaten here a few times. Only tried the wings and fish very good. My son is a very picky eater and prefers their wings over wingstop. I recommend to anyone looking for good food.
First time I went to wing shack service was great. Second n third time was awful. Always order the garlic lemon pepper sauce wings wet. Order got messed up. Third time order was messed up. Next time ima ask to speak with the owner cause how hard is i t to mix up garlic lemon pepper sauce wings! Was really upset and they never answer the phone so you can address an issue!
Favorite wing spot.. They will double dip your wings if you asked and leave them nice and wet.. only complaint is it’s hard to place a call in order for pickup best to pull up and place your food order.
