Giant chicken parmigiana
This use to be my go to place for a quick pasta dish for my family or work but never again. My alfredo sauce was watery and not creamy and my salad was full of brown lettuce. I have received this type of service multiple times on to go orders. You can keep your free meal because it's probably trash too like the service I paid for.
The food is the OG. Very good. Staff is very good, too. I had a curbside order to pick up that was placed the day before. Sure, it was a lot, but don't tell me it's going to be ready for pickup at 11:30 and then bring it out at 11:55. And you forgot the plates and utensils. I was feeding 15 for work - plates and utensils would have been nice, especially seeing that I spent almost $300. Anyway, the food was excellent.
I'm not one to usually post reviews from places but I had to for this restaurant. This Olive Garden used to be my FAVORITE place but I don't know what happened. Tonight when I went the service was awful. The first waitress we got was rude and in such a rush. She had no clue what she was doing and had terrible service. I don't know what happened and then she said we would be getting another waitress because her shift was over. The second one we got was a little bit better but still very rude and was very unprofessional. The food was cold and chewy and it just completely ruined my experience. It's safe to say I will NOT be going to that Olive Garden or any other anytime soon.
