Fast friendly service and who doesn't love cinnamon butter on hot rolls!

Weird I received a portion of my pickup order. Called right back the food was cold and no sides to be found. I had just had a bad experience the day before from another steak place so I was making it up to myself. Only to have another bad experience so my desire to try a steak out was off for awhile. So today I call speak to a manager evidently the person I told about my order never made a note or put it in. So yes it was in August and today was the day almost about the same time on a Monday I called to replace my order. My wife doesn’t cook on Mondays and we did 30days no beef. This the reason for the long remembrance, but of course upon explaining a portion of this to the manager on duty instead of simply offering to remake my order. I had a feeling that for some reason she felt I was making up my experience. The offered me about 18% of my ticket which was insulting. I am not sure what is happening to customer service in 2020 but that is not what I would consider desiring to take care of a customer. The funny thing is I attempted to send a email to follow up but it was to a dead address but it is in my email file. So if you have a customer service issue with this restaurant be sure to follow up within a few hours

Got a 6oz sirloin and tons of fries. Good price, passable but not great meat. The rolls and butter we amazing. I was extremely impressed by the covid procedures. So many places and people I have seen are lax. Can really tell that they take their patrons health seriously.

Came from Louisiana and decided to order out one night and was not disappointed!! Def would eat here again next time we are out this way

Great meal. Filling. Reasonably priced @$10 for a handtrimmed 6oz steak cooked to your liking. Chef salad tasted fresh. I had grilled onions and mushrooms as sides, although...nthe ranch dressing and marinade (meat, onions and shrooms) was a little sweet for my taste.
