My husband was at St. Mary's for out-patient surgery last week. The nursing care was awesome! I was allowed to stay in the room, and they were considerate of me, as well. The surgeon, Dr. Cartwright, did a great job and shared information with me regarding how the surgery went. All in all, we had good care there. Thank you to Nurse Linda for taking care of my husband.

I was seen in the ER because I had been having symptoms of scabies but was refused to be treated for that service and was told by the ER dr that I had staph which was correct because I had scratched the blisters that were originally the cause for the itching. I was diagnosed by the Dr who stood by the door and not once looked at the areas that would have the signs of scabies. I was given an antibiotic but when I told them I was not being treated for the original condition and I asked for the cream to get rid of the scabies I was disrespected by the employee and was told I could get the cream without a prescription. She was not a medical professional and I was given incorrect information because the cream that cures scabies has to be prescribed. The only cream over the counter is only to help with itching. Basically I was refused service for the original reason I went to the ER and was neglected by the Dr on call. When I complained about the service that I was paying for I was treated with disrespect and hung up on. I am getting a second opinion from a different doctor who heard my symptoms and agrees it sounds like scabies but can't be sure until you scrape the area and look under a microscope to be certain. That was the service I was asking for at st Mary's and was refused and not once did they come in close contact with me. They are allowing this contagious disease to be spread in the community and I am a concerned citizen and I can't imagine how many people have been seen for the same symptoms and refused to be treated and allowed to spread it into the area.

Had my Mother there for blood pressure reading of 240/142. Was not impressed whatsoever. Nice nurses but the Drs are a joke. I should have brought her to Clarksville. This hospital is a JOKE.

My daughter had a busted eard drum. They did not clean it out. The nurse practioner looked in it and that was it. I had to ask a nurse for a warm wash cloth to get the blood out myself, while in the hospital. I just found out today that they put my bill into collections that is well over $1000. Not once did I ever receive a bill. Now it is in collections. Saint Mary's is not a good hospital. I took my daughter to the ENT doctor the next day and he cleaned it out. I hate that this hospital is like this.

went there in February with extreme pelvic pain & they didn’t run any tests on me & said i was having menstrual pain & a uti, come to find out i was having a rupturing cyst on my ovary. went back today & the nurses were rude & acted like they would rather be elsewhere, they were talking badly about patients at the nurses station & i was never checked on other than when i walked in & when i was being discharged. seriously the worst hospital, the worst nurses, & the worst doctors i have ever met in my life. completely unhelpful & they truly do not care about the patients, i don’t know why they picked this profession. I would give them negative stars if i could.
