Chili's Grill & Bar

Me and my cousin Diane had an enjoyable and delicious dining experience. She had the house salad with loaded potato soup. I had steak fajitas. Both meals were delicious. The service was good. Drink refills were given promptly. No room for dessert here! Have brownies and ice cream waiting for us at home. I couldn't eat all my fajitas so to go box was provided. Pricing a little steep but beef prices are pretty high due to COVID.

My daughter and I was there today for lunch. Was seated very quickly and placed our order. Took awhile to get the food but not an issue. The food was good and she and I enjoy the lunch. Swiped my card on the Kiosk at the table to pay my bill ($28.67) and could not get a receipt. I waived the server down and she informed me that this kiosk was for another table. My bill was actually ($36.60) and I apologized for not looking at the bill as if it was my fault, and it was not. I then told the server just swipe my card for the difference ($7.93), she walked away. She then came back with a receipt for me to sign for ($36.60). I asked her why didn't you just pay the difference, she replied they canceled the first charge and charged me for the correct amount. I explained to her, so now I am out ($28.67) and ($36.60) for a mistake on your end! I also asked her that why didn't she come back before the second charge and tell me they couldn't just pay the difference? I would have accepted that and been fine and just waited for the ($28.67) to be placed back on my card. She explained that is what her manager said to do. I asked for the manager and explained this all and her answer basically was I'm sorry not much else I can do! She also state that they have had issues with the kiosk not being on the correct tables! NONE of this however is my fault. The resolution to this is communication was on part there, lack of respect for me and communication on their end was awful. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWFUL. I will not ever enter the Chili's in Russellville Arkansas again.nnAnyone that would like to each out to me can by email at [email protected] and I will gladly give you my phone number.

A burger has some grease but this was swimming in grease. You couldn’t even pick the burger up. Same with chips as they were dripping in grease. I hope you like LOTS of black pepper on everything too because that’s their seasoning of choice. The dessert, cheesecake, was served frozen.

Almost gave a 4 but I have had to many issues here to go as far as a 4. Cold food and overly seasoned! There has been a few times it has been good! Their chick and waffles is amazing!

Great food! Service was awesome too. Can't remember her name.... country girl...sweet, super nice, great server!
