They was kinda rude not happy with customer service at all will be buying online so I don't have to deal with them
Assisted my neighbor in picking up her lawn tractor. She had asked them to replace the wheels on the mowing deck. They handed her a bag with the wheels in it. I had to replace the wheels. Took a total of 5 minutes. They wanted to charge additional money, after she had several things taken care of. They forgot a simple thing.nnHad to return the mower 2 weeks later. The drive belt they replaced before, inverted and cut itself up. When I looked, they had attached the springs incorrectly. I pointed this out to them, and they charged my neighbor an additional 75.oo for the replacement belt. That should have been free to her. It took them 2 weeks to complete a 20 minute job. The springs were placed on correctly this time.nAppears that if you are a female, they will RIP you off. I will never use them for my personal use. Will find another repair shop for my neighbor. Would not recommend this shop for purchase, or repair, unless you are a male.
The take care of all my yard machines
They sell and repair lawnmowers and lawn tractors, Cub Cadet for the tractors. My experience at this place is mostly limited to routine maintenance, they excel. There might be lower prices elsewhere, maybe, but these guys want you to get the most out of your lawn equipment. The lawn mower we take to the shop every year, has lasted much longer than expected, something I attribute to their work. My retail experience has been limited to buying a few accessories, blades and things.nnThe shop is clean, the staff are competent. If in the market for a large riding mower, these guys would definitely be considered.
