Bites Restaurant

Customer service was very poor.

I often take my friends to this restaurant with my highest recommendations. I visit this place often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The meals are great and the stuff is attentive and cooperative. always when we eat in this place we have a delightful time. highly recommended.

We ordered thru UberEats, our first time with both the restaurant and the delivery app. The food looked great! Looked fresh, was fresh and nicely prepared. BUT, there was ZERO flavor. No seasoning nada. I paid extra for a few sauces and I was missing some and got others instead. They were out of a certain soda but I never got any notice that they were out via UberEats or Bites themselves, so they just put whatever in the bag.... I’m not sure if that is the restaurant or the delivery job to contact the customerud83eudd37ud83cudffb‍♀ufe0f I ordered an order of fries with our food and they were DELICIOUS! BUT the little bag of them was hardly half full. I was way bummed as we agin paid an extra 5.00 for a minuscule bag of fries. I probably won’t be going back ☹ufe0f

This place is so good! The burgers, which is all I have tried as of yet are delicious. Great fries too. I have returned and will continue to come back and bring more friends.
