We love SakeOne! We first discovered this gem of a place last summer. Our waiter Dylan recommended some great sake and great beach camping! And then we came back again this year for our mini honeymoon. The service was amazing, even when the computer had a little system malfunction! Dylan was there again and his service was nothing short of outstanding! We also met Jenny, Sam, and Michaela who all went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. We love you SakeOne!!!

Don't worry if you know nothing about sake, the folks at SakeOne are very helpful and totally nonjudgmental. ud83dude42 Great change from visiting the wonderful wineries in our area. Definitely worth a stop.

This is a little gem out in Forest Grove. It is more than a place to pick up a bottle of your favorite sake, it's an experience.nnThey offer tours of their brewery as well as three different styles of tastings to choose from at a very reasonable price. My personal favorite is the infused sake.nnIt's great year round, but the warmer weather draws a crowd to soak up the sun on their large deck out front.nnWe loved it so much that we have become members so we can attend their quarterly parties.

wo sake flights and a Choose-Your-Own-Adventure Charcuterie plate made for an awesome mid-day luncheon! The patio and deck at SakeOne is quaint, bordered by bamboo, a quiet fountain, umbrellas to deflect the sun, and helpful and attentive staff. We purchased three bottles of our favorite sake to go, and we are seriously considering joining the membership club on our next visit.nnFrom the Sweet flight, my wife's favorites were the Plum and the Asian Pear, while I also adored the Plum and the Hakutsuru Awayuki. We both agreed the Coconut Lemongrass was nice to sip, but a bit too sweet and thick: it would be best as a cooking sake, in our opinion. Of the Craft flight, the Silver and Pearl bookended our experience as the superior offerings, with the Sillver being a light-weight traditional, and the Pearl being thick and almost creamy, with an edge that cuts like a katana.nnUnfortunately, the brewery building was closed due to Covid-19, but that is to be expected.nnIt's nice to have high-quality, locally made sake right here in Oregon! SakeOne is a must visit for any sake connoisseur in the Pacific Northwest. It's the best experience you'll find outside the Land of the Rising Sun.
