If you're driving past you need to stop in and get a soda/snack/whatever. No, it's not much of a convenience store by modern standards, but little stores like this one need to be appreciated before they disappear.

Stopped here a few years back while out on a road trip doing photography. The people inside were very friendly and they had a decent selection of snacks and food that we took advantage of while roaming the country side.nnWe all purchased sandwich combos, some of which contained BBQ Loaf, which was somewhat of a mystery to us, but we ended up liking, and not being able to find anywhere else.nnInside the store was the old cage from when it was also the post office, which was interesting to look at.nnA great place to stop, grab a soda or a sandwich while passing by. Several years later its of the places I remember from a two thousand mile road trip.
