Very good, we were running late to being after closing but the girl working stayed over long enough to get us taken care of, maybe 10 minutes total so I didn't have to drive back 44 miles on another day. We thank her and Cricket.
Super awesome Customer service. The associate I had Casey was super friendly and knowledgeable for only being there a month. She made my visit comfortable. Definitely check out this store. And the phone service itself is super affordable and great but for me it's the Customer service that makes or breaks a company and with Casey being there the Customer service is super awesome.
Casey Hibbert at our local store is an amazing angel. When i have problems she is my got to and fixes it.

Love the employees! The service lacks but cant have it all! Employees fast, fair, friendly and professional. The business itself not so much. Company could learn from their employees!
