10 minutes to get loaded FTL. Waiting for paper work abt 45 min but here are 2 women's very kind and friendly and I'm pretty sure they do as fast as they can. So 5
Ppl are the gate are wonderful, ppl getting your paperwork need to get organized better. Do the drivers paperwork who are waiting on it then go back to the pile.n, for they have an ELOG THEY MUST COMPLY WITH. IT'S ONLY COMMON SENSE. The gals in the office with work with you when they have HOT load going out. Detention time should be paid for any driver who has to wait more then 2 hours past his scheduled appointment time if he's on time.
Horrible place to load. People are ok but the wait was horrible. 5 hours wait to load the truck. It took them less than 15 mins once they started but they dragged their feet about everything.... Then when is time to get the paperwork it takes them 20 mins to get their stuff together they had 5 hours to get the paperwork ready and I do understand that they have to weight the truck on the way out but they should have the paperwork at least have it ready enough so they just need to weight you out hit print and away you go... The sign on the first road to the plant is extremely small so it causes trucks to turn on the wrong road. The guard said that I was not the first nor the last one to do this. If this is a known issue how about fixing it... The lot is dusty as f*ck I went in there with a somewhat clean truck and come out looking like the truck hasn't been washed in a year. This could be a great place but unfortunately it is not well organized.
After completing their training/ safety protocol, my service calls inside are easily taken care of..
