Staff is so patient to answer all questions. The gun I ordered came in within 3 business days. UFO knows how to give excellent service.

I have been here several times and staff are friendly and professional people. I have done multiple transfers here with zero issues and will continue to in the future. Price is no worse than other shops which I have encountered horrible customer service from and witnessed some bad business happen. Ufo has always been willing to help me with any firearm related needs by offering to get a product if that is what in wanted. Another good thing is whatever the price label says is out the door and if you are a public service worker 10% off that with ID.
Am glad to have found UFO - staff went above and beyond; they were dedicated and knowledgeable in their trade. Other employees I encountered were friendly, pretty and polite. Apparently, a shooting range will be available at the new store on S 10th ST in the near future. Looking forward to test firing and practice shooting here. Always happy to find reliable people!
