Suddenlink has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Absolute garbage! No one is on the same page. I receive different answers from everyone I talk to and was hung up on twice. The women at the front desk In Cabot are extremely rude and unprofessional. They are irrelevant. Zero help. Put someone up there that can actually do something besides try and sell me a mobile plan. Tighten up Suddenlink. Cabot needs a better cable/internet provider.

Zero stars would be more accurate -- this was the least helpful company/staff I've worked with in my 8 years in Arkansas. They use every excuse possible not to help -- you can't schedule to shut off your service in advance -- for example 2 weeks before...they respond it's too early and to call back a week out; when you turn in equipment and want a receipt -- they can't do that either and explain to you that you need to drop it in the box and there's a code...but apparently you can't scan the code in their office and, of course, no one there ever makes a mistake and the customer is left with nothing. I will not use them at any point in the future. Useless--

Suddenlink has been out twice to fix the cable they just installed. The living room cable is fine but the remotes don't work right .have to use two diffrent ones. My bedroom cable has gone out twice

They are the only ISP available on Little Rock Air Force Base that isn't satellite. Suddenlink takes full advantage of this by charging extremely high prices, and increasing rates by over 10% every 6 months. The service goes out daily, and you receive about 60% of the advertised speed. When we contact customer service to resolve issues with speed, we are told that 60% is acceptable!nnImagine if I only paid 60% of the bill. Would suddenlink believe it to be acceptable?nnThis company is full of disgusting parasites. Stay away.

My internet is usually pretty reliable where I live but the real problem is when I do have a problem it takes days to resolve anything and all the while its almost impossible to speak with anyone who can actually make a decision. when I first started my bill was reasonable but that didn't last long at all. Not only has my bill went up multiple times with no upgrades, the random one month bill hikes are ridiculous WTH suddenlink?
