This Verizon store gave me the best experience! The representatives are very helpful and friendly! In a timely manner they set up my account, transferred all my content, kept my current number, put the accessories on for me, AND actually told me about all the fees and ways to save! There is a restroom & seating. The music ud83cudfb6 made the store have a very nice atmosphere!
It is so refreshing to experience outstanding customer service combined with superior product knowledge which is exactly what I experienced when switching to Verizon Wireless today at the MDI Beebe AR location. Jonathan P was extremely helpful in assisting us choose the perfect phones and service plans to fit our needs. He and Joscelyn W went above and beyond assistance jumping through hurdles taking time to port our existing phone numbers in a most difficult process from another cell service provider. They both patiently and professionally endured the hour long process in accomplishing the task. Thank you both for your pleasant attitude and outstanding customer service. I will recommend the Version Store MDI Beebe Arkansas to all that I know looking to switch service providers and even those that aren’t for an exceptional dedicated customer service experience.
One little blonde girl I believe her name started with a J helped me so much and my mom. She took the time to help us even greeting other customers walking in she had great energy towards her job
