Lifetime customer here. Purchased a 700 5R gen 2. The $75 rebate has been an ongoing battle. I turned in all my paperwork and barcodes from my owner's manual, only to find out they lost the paperwork. I was told to resubmit, which is not possible, as the barcodes are on the original paperwork that I had turned in, which went from pending to be removed from the warranty page. All of this to save $75? This is false advertising and will be filed with the BBB against them. Buy a different brand.

Awesome place and super nice people to the truckers. Gonna want to use yard move here. Truck parking right before you take the exit which is also a plus.

Terrible customer service and the R51 9mm is terrible. Out of the box it didn’t work. I sent it in for repair and it still didn’t work when it was shipped back to me. However, the customer service representatives who spoke with me were rude. They implied that it was me that didn’t know how to use the firearms when my smith and Wesson and AR15 work just fine. I’ve operated a good amount of firearms. The whole time this company’s representatives didn’t take responsibility and they were rude. They had very smart mouths on them and I can promise that I’ll never purchase another item from this company anywhere. I highly recommend people who are new to firearms to start with any other company first before coming to this one. They’re terrible and they don’t deserve the right to manufacture weapons. Very unreliable and I don’t recommend anyone get a concealed weapon from them, all they do is jam and nose dive in the mag. They really tried to blame the function on the ammo when I was running decent ammo. Like even if I was running horrible ammo the gun should fire. All of my other guns function. These people need to shut down production, do not waste your money here unless you are satisfied with rude and slow service.

Worked there five years. They make it very clear to everyone that they don't care about you or your family. Completely different than when I started working there. They say we should be lucky to have a job that pays what they do. Money isn't everything when I have a legacy to leave behind in my family. They are a big corporate business and they only care about their pockets. Well, I won't help you fill them on good people I knows blood, sweat, and tears!!!!
