Shoe Dept. Encore

Very friendly was almost closing time and they patiently waited for us to get done shopping.

Great prices and good selection most of the time. Even have TV's going on with football or sports when the lil woman is shopping.

Great store, with a wide variety of styles.nVery glad to have Shoe Encore close to my home, so it isn't a 50 mile drive to a mediocre shoe store, & end up with nothing.nPleasant staff working the checkout counter!!nJust associates working the floor, should be a little more acknowledging toward customers. (Besides following them around, like they had just taken something, that isn't inviting feeling. -There are friendlier ways, to keep shoplifters deterred, & not make other's who aren't doing wrong, feel insulted.)nWill continue going back though, bc the styles & prices are worth it, I just hurry to not be followed now.

The customer service was on point. Wonderful selection. I'm so glad to have this store in Cabot.
