I had went online to select a time to go to office to see Dr. over a fairly serious situation. I set an appointment time for 12:40pm in the afternoon. I received a text stating that due to number of patients that my appointment was set back to 12:56pm. I then received another text stating that my appointment was still at 12:56pm and to be at office an check in 10 minutes before my appointment. Which I did. But when I walked in to sign in...I was told my appointment was moved at least 3 hours because of walk-ins. I asked when did walk-ins take over an appointed time I was told there is nothing I can do about it. She then told me that making an appointment online wasn’t really like an appointment. I informed her that when I went online several hours before my appointment, it asked what time I would like an appointment from a list of available appointments. Then I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was informed by the receptionist (Jennifer) that she was in fact the manager. And was then told again there was nothing I could do and I elected not to wait 3 hours. I then asked what her last name was so I could make a formal complaint. I was told no. She said to just refer to her as supervisor Jennifer in my complaint. She was completely unprofessional especially when she was caught blowing smoke. When I informed her that making an appointment was indeed an appointment her attitude completely changed for receptionist to very smart mouthed. She was completely disrespectful. I would advise anyone not to spend their money with this place. It is ok unless you are unhappy with their service and tell them that. I would give no stars if I could.

Wonderful and caring staff. Very informative and addressed my concerns in a very timely manner. Nurse Practitioner on duty when I arrived. She was very empathetic to my needs and extremely knowledgeable. It was a pleasant experience as much as going to the doctor's office can be. Place is very well maintained and clean. They offer Covid-19 diagnostic and antibody testing. I definitely recommend this place.

My 8y/o daughter had a surgical consultation scheduled out of state. The receiving hospital’s policy required us to have a negative COVID test result within 72 hours of departure and another test there upon arrival. I called a week in advance to explain our situation and verify testing at this urgent care wouldn’t be a problem. The front desk assured us it wouldn’t be an issue and instructed us to wait and reserve our spot the day prior or day of using their system. My referring PCM called as well and received the same guidance. We followed all of their instructions and an hour before our scheduled appointment we receive a call saying they have a policy that won’t allow rapid testing for travel and we’ll need to wait 5-7 days for a result which put us outside the travel window for her appointment and the appointment date altogether. Now we’re scrambling to find a test site and trying not to watch months of insurance coordination for the consultation and two weeks out of the office go to a complete waste.

The staff here are super nice. Getting checked in and seen quickly were easy, I've been to this facility twice, once for myself and once for my son. I've been very satisfied both times with the care and convenience of Baptist Health Urgent Care

Called at 0800 to get an appointment to get a COVID test but got an automated system that said I needed to schedule an appointment online through their website. I went to the website and the only time available for the day was 1740 and later for the day. So I booked that one. Uploaded all my information into the system which included scanning my DL and my insurance card. I got sent home from work for having symptoms of COVID. I waited until my appointment time and got there about 10 minutes early. Only to go in give all my information again and be told that I had a balance of roughly $700+. I had not received anything stating I had a balance. And they stated that I could be seen until the balance was taken care of. What's the point of the online check in if it's not being checked. I could have went somewhere else a lot earlier in the day to get test so I could get back to work.
