Umpqua Bank

The worst bank I have ever dealt with. Staffed by invulites who have no common sense or care for their customers and the complications they cause by their unnecessary ridiculous policies. A mattress is a better bank than Umpqua Bank. The manager is hardly professional and needs to undergo some serious communication training.

Unnecessarily inconvenient fraud protection. Disables my business credit and debit cards every time I use them to travel even to the next county. They aren't ready to work with a small business that travels up to 40 miles away. I know you'd think they'd be more sophisticated, but they're really just a joke. Can't believe how often I'm cut off from my money and just left angry for hours. The local folks try and try but the morons up top wait till Saturday and ruin the local effort. Do not bank here if convenience and access to your funds is what you seek.

I do not like working with this bank. But I do like the people that work here, they are great.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, plus they had cookies!
