Had a great experience with this company. Especially after the s#$& show I had with, not one but two other appliance repair places I called before this one. He was prompt about being there when he said. The thing had been miss diagnosed so he had to order the part he need and was back within a week. Unlike company A that two weeks to show up then blew me off on the second appt. the fix probably would have taken 20 min. had he had the part he needed. And the icing on the cake was his service was VERY reasonable. I’m going to make sure to give the companies name to all my friends. Saved me from having to buy a new fridge. Thanks so much Columbia appliance repair.
