Very friendly service for fixing my shipping mistake! The Apple and pear twigs and herbs smelled so fresh, my chinchillas loved them. I really appreciate them for working with me to fill to box so I could get the most out of the shipping cost.
Just received my first order. The apple sticks smell so good which surprised me....the ones I have been ordering from an amazon seller with good reviews barely smell like apples. I ordered a floral sample and my chinchilla loves all of it. The packages were clearly labeled and sealed. I would highly recommend ordering. The transit time was not as quick as amazon prime but the quality is well worth the wait. Will keep ordering from Ronda.
