VERY POOR customer service! I've had to jump up and down and complain loudly to get any response. Staff barely hides their annoyance if you make any type of demand. I've also had to call them EVERY time there has been a referral from my doctor. They have called me once.
They answered the phone within 2 rings, answered my questions, and suggested ideas on how to help a client with no income. Very helpful.
nobody will answer the phone when you.....
Poor billing practices, no call-backs and can never get a straight answer when it comes to billing questions. They charged my insurance for products I did not receive and then said it was standard practice.
Not open weekends. Late shipping products. Poor response to phone calls. Needs management.
