Michael was focused and equipped to address our needs. His professionalism was particularly impressive given the relative newness of the product (the iPhone 12). That and his humility was a pleasure to experience in such a young man. Any questions he had were fielded to his cohort and managed on the spot.
Not sure why you wouldn't be open when the hours on your door say you should be. Has happened twice out of the 3 times that I have needed help. Last night 9/22/2020 was the last time I will be needing Verizon as I have jumped ship. When you only have 1 local store to go to it would be nice if the hours were reliable. If you aren't going to be open at 6:30pm [literally locked up tight w/lights out] when you should be open until 7pm, as sign clearly states, then maybe you should change your hours.
Alex was very efficient in taking care of my issue in the setup of my account, set up new phones and took care of every detail. He was very personable and professional and I am very pleased with his service.
