This guy was very rude. I have tried to use this place a few times to return Amazon items, which tells me to use this place to send back items. He flat refused to help. Telling me I needed to go out to the UPS distributing center. When I went there they helped me but they really are not set up like guy is. Then had a family member return a package to which he was less than helpful and rude.nFor sure not ever using this place for anything if I can help it.
Great customer service, very friendly, they even have coffee, Torani coffee flavoring and creamer for sale.
I've never been let down. Great customer service, knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. My go-to place for mailing packages!
