Everytime I have any procedure performed there it is a joke. Went in for a mammogram a few years back and advised me they needed to do a second one an please bring money to pay for it, if I don't have the money cancel and reschedule when I do. So I started having mammograms in Little Rock. Then I needed a bone density test under my wellness plan and 3 months later I am still trying to get them to code it right. For some reason they have had the information for a month can't send it to the insurance but they can send me a bill. Easier to drive fifty miles then have to call multiple places and they still not sure what happened.

I had a surgery at Baptist on Monday. The week prior to that I had to have a scope done. Every single person we dealt with from the Doctor to the janitorial staff was kind, friendly and went out of their way to make me comfortable. This hospital is 2 hours from my house but I would drive there again if I needed a procedure done. Dr. Hemo was an incredible surgeon with excellent bedside manner, Nurse Michelle in pre-op was fantastic! She eased my nerves. All of the nurses I had during my overnight stay were wonderful! Especially Nurse Summer!

Darlene Pry is the best! I was pretty scared about my situation and Ms. Darlene and all the nursing staff was wonderful making me feel at ease. They even helped ease my husband's mind. I hope if I ever have to be in the hospital again Darlene Pry is there with me. Great Staff!

Once again I was misdiagnosed at baptist, sent home only to suffer. What a waste of time and money!!! I need some antibiotics and I don’t have insurance...... although I guess that’s why I was not tested for what I have. I have strep and I have had it so much it is affecting my kidneys. I had to self diagnose! But yeah I can’t figure out how to fix myself. Went to main baptist a few years ago..... same thing!!! You are fine it’s a virus. NOPE almost DIED of food poisoning. DO NOT GO TO BAPTIST ER! If you are in between insurance and it’s serious you are probably going to die.....
