I had a baby here last week and it was a traumatic experience. I want to start by saying that Dr. Cesear is great and made sure I got the medications I needed. I came into my induction with a terrible migraine and the nurses treated me like some kind of criminal for wanting relief for my pain. They completely lacked any form of compassion. As I was moaning in pain from contractions and getting my epidural they stood beside me with their arms crossed, no words of encouragement or even acknowledgement but instead discussed how disappointed they were that their cruise was cancelled due to COVID. As I pushed during the actual labor, not one of my nurses talked me through it or held my legs.... Nothing! Finally a pediatric nurse came beside me and helped coach my breathing. One nurse, Amanda, did enjoy reminding me to put on my mask as I labored even though I had been tested for COVID and was negative. They completely lacked bedside manner or compassion of an sort. I would suggest going any where else to deliver. This should have been a relaxed, joyous occasion but the nurses here made it so uncomfortable and isolating.

My sister-in-law arrived at the emergency room by ambulance after her Covid symptoms continued to worsen after two weeks. She was given fluids by IV and admitted to a room. She never got another IV, never saw a healthcare professional - even for routine vitals, until the next day when relatives called to complain about her care. Wondering if this is how they treat all patients or just Covid? I married into an Arkansas family a long time ago and have heard nothing but horror stories about this hospital. I couldn’t believe that all the stories I heard were true, but now I am beginning to believe that they are. Shame on them.

My wife and I had our kid here on Feb 13, this is the BEST hospital we have ever been to. Nurses Ashley and Hannah (I forget the rest of their names) made sure we had the best experience and had the babies best interest in mind. They were so thoughtful and kind and did everything in their power to make sure we all had the best experience possible. Dr Cesare was an AMAZING OB and delivered the baby expertly and with the babies health and delivery process at the top of his priority list. I want to say thank you to every Dr and Nurse on the maternity floor for everything you have done and are currently doing for my wife and the baby. I can never repay such great hospitality and expertise.

Came in after having surgery they refused to do anything for my pain and even call the Dr who did it. Now they want to try to make me go to assisted living. I'm only 36 years old. Worst hospital ever in my opinion. One way who another they will treat me. Also have pushed the call button 4 times with no response from them. They messed up my stitches. Refused to give me water even though they're not treating me. See ya soon for starvation and autonomic dysreflexia episodes
