Immediately when you walk into this place you fell immediately calm and at peace with the calming sounds and even aroma. Then you have excellent customer service coupled with years of experience. This guy should be a doctor that’s how good he is. I was in no hurry at all but he kept apologizing to me for the wait of fixing my glasses but in reality it was not long at all. He just treats you with respect. However I busted my glasses again. He might be a higher price than some of these quick glasses places where they don’t care about you. But I don’t care I Guarantee it’s worth every penny to come here!!!! Customer care and great product is what matters! You will get that with Franco!!!
We were just passing through, and this man was a lifesaver. My husband broke his glasses and was using gas station glasses to try and see well enough to pull our camper. He very well could have literally saved our life. Thank you for your amazing service, and for taking care of us so quickly and so well.
