Sadly the local VA is full of experienced excuse makers, but not good at doing their job. Took two weeks just to get them to call me back about getting into see the doctor. Then were going to get me into LR for a procedure and two weeks later still hadn't even been called in. I have received little service, but plenty of excuses. Everything is blamed on Trump or Covid-19, but no one else takes any responsibility for poor performance.
Doc Connell is a credit to her job.we are lucky to have her.keep up the great work guys and gals
