The Winery at Manzanita

On an absolutely gorgeous Tuesday afternoon at the end of October, the Winery at Manzanita beckoned, with upper and lower outdoor patios. It also was the only place open in Manzanita for food and drink on a Tuesday at 3:00. The “Winery” is a wine, beer, and cider bar, not a winery per se. Who cared, as staff were helpful and polite, taking Covid precautions seriously. We shared the upper outdoor deck with several people and a dog, properly spaced. The wine and cider tasted great, as did the cheese and salami plate. Prices were fairly high, but on a cloudless, glorious day, the experience at the Winery at Manzanita was priceless.

Looks like a very inviting spot. Colorful, open and right near everything you need in town.

Really good wine and a nice setting to hang out for a couple hours.nnI appreciated how dog friendly they were (water bowls, treats, plenty of space) and their COVID precautions.nnWe’ll definitely be back.
