My 88yo grandma lives in Conway & had a fall. The hospital said she was fine and sent her home. The very next day whenever I got to my grandmas her arm was swollen and black. It was already 7:30 but these fantastic staff member saw her anyway. It turned out that she had two fractures and she did have a bladder infection. The staff had to stay late and they did it delightfully. I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. My grandmother would have kept suffering. ud83dude33 I’ll always come here whenever I can from now on. ❤ufe0f Thank you!

I do not recommend this place at all! I walked in with a walker and could barely walk! The receptionist/ manager could plainly see that! I told her I fell and needed my ankle looked at. Any decent manager of an urgent care office would know that I would need xrays! I get to the back and the dr tells me that they have no X-ray person there and the receptionist/manager knew that!! I am evacuated from Hurricane Laura and had an 11 hrs drive in front of me and I had to pay for another urgent care visit when I got to where I was going! I walked out so upset that I didn’t get a receipt and the receptionist/manager never offered one! So, so unprofessional! The dr was so compassionate and very upset that I was not told this at check in

My experience at Sherwood urgent care was very beyond my care! The staff was very nice and they treated us very well! They got us back to see the doctor in a timely manner! I would recommend Sherwood urgent care to anyone to get the best care that you deserveud83dudc4d

The ladies that run this clinic are Awesome everyone of them! Fast and super friendly. Take time to listen to your concerns and go over options with. A great place!

Always friendly. Clean facility. Prompt service. Takes the time to discuss illness, not just in and out to the next patient.
