Went to er to be treated for a migraine. Waited in the waiting room for a really long time then finally got taken back to a room. Then I was seen by the dr who asked me what worked in the past for my migraines I told him and he immediately told me I would not be given any pain medication ( as if I were a pain med seeker) then told me he was going to give me some medication I had never heard of and walked out of the room. His nurse didn’t come check on me to see if I needed a blanket or anything ( the room was freezing). I stepped out of the room and asked for a blanket, the nurse told me to go back to the room and that she’d bring me a blanket when she brought me my medications. Over thirty minutes later I left because I never received a blanket nor my medication nor even seen my nurse. I recommend you never go to this hospital!

Called to asked questions about the testing procedure and the entire time she kept interrupting me and answering what she thinks I was asking but she never answered my question. So when I kept explain and she keeps interrupting, I then continue to keep explaining preventing her from interrupting me and she hung up. I understand that it's a stressful time so I was trying to be patient but she kept misunderstanding me. I didn't yell or was rude I simply kept explaining preventing her interruption and she hung up. Train your staff how to listen. I understand there's entitled customers out there but she was rude from the beginning. Either its your training that is not sufficient or its your leadership. Train and take care of your staff.

I had surgery on Thursday the nurse attending to me after my surgery did not want to give me pain meds at all. She asked me didn’t the surgeon doctor give me pain medicine and I replied yes but it’s at home. She knew after the surgery I was suppose to get pain medicine for the pain when I woke up. She finally gave me morphine after I gave a fuss about it. When she gave me morphine I begin to itch really bad and she didn’t give me Benadryl instead she told me to let them know I’m allergic to Benadryl but that’s a lie. You always itch after morphine and is suppose to be given Benadryl. I feel she did that purposely because I pushed for the pain meds because she refused to give me any. I will not have surgery there again and I do not recommend that nurse. I will be filing a complaint as well with the hospital and letting my surgeon know. The attending nurse was Sheila Maxwell. I do not recommend. Then the instructions aren’t clear and when you called the operator has a smart mouth as well as the surgeon that’s on call Dr. king. I will not be using nor taking my children here.

Probably the worst hospital I have ever seen. Inexperienced and unfriendly doctors along with charge nurses who are akin to nurse Ratchet. The ER is a joke that’s not funny and not one MD. I recommend Baptist Hospital where they act more professional and seem to be genuine in their care and they employ actual doctors. I was told to take ibuprofen and hung up on when I called and said I couldn’t afford the prescription they gave me. If I just needed ibuprofen why didn’t I get that? Shame on you guys!!!!!

IF they had posted on their website that a patient is only allowed ONE VISITOR PER DAY, I wouldn't have taken off work early to drive 45 minutes just to be told I couldn't visit my Dad because my sister was in his room. Then I was told she and I couldn't switch places because it wasn't just one visitor at a time, it was one visitor all day. The only place you can get this information is on a little poster after you've entered the building. Oh yeah, and IF it occurs to you to call ahead and IF it occurs to you to ask the question of how many visitors are allowed then you might find out.
