Bad start to a day ,i usually use maumelle branch but i was off so i went to oak street early i was waiting on branch to open when i was approached and told to leave because of security, i thought i was the consumer,
I have banked with bank of Ozarks for quite sometime now. When I set up my account it was done in Clinton. The ladies there are absolutely amazing and fix everything for me that the Conway bank branch has messed up. I pulled 3,500 out of my account one day and then just few days later was charged for it again, which caused a lot of issues. Not to mention the lady almost didn’t let pull that much money out. How are you going to have to ask your manager if I can pull that much money out of my account? It’s our money! Again, I love the ladies at Clinton Bank of Ozarks however, my husband and I will be switching banks after this ordeal bc it’s happened one to many times.
This branch is the worst in customer service in the whole country specially the lady manager ud83dudc4e
