U.S. Bank Branch

The customer service at this bank is atrocious.n1. They shut down the branch that is closest to my house.n2. I drive across town to this branch to make a deposit.n3. Their ATM is broken every week, every time, all the time. Their ATM never works. ever.n4. The drive-up window closes at 4 PM. Who closes at 4 PM? How is anyone supposed to be able to get off work at 5 PM drive to the bank by 5:15 pm and deposit their check, if you close at 4 PM.n5. I go inside and the lady is rude, and snippy with me.n6. None of the employees are wearing masks.n7. When I ask to make a deposit the lady tells me to use the ATM outside.n8. I tell her that the ATM is broken. She tells me that I can use the drive-up window.n9. Told her that I pulled up to the drive up window and no one answered. She tells me that’s because they close at 4 pm.n10. Then she tells me to just come back tomorrow.nI’m guessing this lady’s customer service experience prior to this job was the Walmart customer service desk. I work in customer service so the way this lady handled that situation really offended me. It’s ridiculous that they reduced their hours, closed down branches, don’t fix their ATMs, then have the gall to tell me to come back tomorrow. If I ever treated a client that way I would lose that client. Because they are a bank they get to bully their clients and get away with it. In my line of work I have to provide excellent customer service even at 3 AM. Answer the phone 24/7, even on Christmas Day. For a business to close and refuse to accommodate their clientele after 4pm is offensive.nYeah, I’ll come back Tomorrow, because I have to, because you are my bank. But I will come back with a complaint to your branch manager.

I’d give it no stars if I could. If your lobby is closed, you need more lanes open. It makes ZERO sense when your lanes that are open, have lines that are a mile long. Do better.

Carly is the best!! She graciously stayed after hours to work out some bugs in my checking and savings accounts and was very informative. Super friendly and down-to-earth too. Best experience I've had at a bank in a long time!nnIf you need a great banker, ask for Carly!
