We love Fidelity Bank! We switched from a large national bank when we moved to the area, and we feel like we now have even more control of our banking experience (bigger is not always better). Not only that, this bank has values built on community and time and time again, they are out supporting our people, our businesses and our school systems. Love how much they’re giving back and feels good to be apart of that! We also appreciate their multiple locations so it’s convenient to swing by for ATMs and any of our general banking needs.

I really appreciated the awesome customer service. They treated me as if I'd been banking with them for years and I was there opening an account for the first time. There were some complication with my account in which I kind lost hope but she worked at it and solved the problem. When I was thinking she was going to decline me. But I really had an awesome experience and plan on making some feature investments and banking with them from here on out. Thanks

I worked at Fidelity for 11 years and continue to bank there even after changing career paths. You won't find a better local bank. Each person you encounter from a teller to customer service to book keeping goes above and beyond to help! They treat their customers like family and make the whole trip to the bank a pleasant experience!

My dad introduced me to Fidelity about 46 years ago, the branch that was blown away by the tornado. The ladies were always in an upbeat mood and nothing has changed since. Don't change anything and keep rolling the dog treats!! Actually it's closer to 49 years.
