We have sent 3 bucks to Rices this year and all 3 have been excellent. I loved the deer jerky and our meat is top notch! The customer service was excellent in my opinion. It is clean, easy to access and well organized. I will be referring and using them again. It is well worth the drive from Clarksville to get our deer processed!

Just got back my husbands buck. The day we took it in it was a quick process and super friendly. I was dropping off for the husband and had no idea what I was doing. Got great help from a young man and Rick. Let’s just say the meat and the jerky is a favorite in our house. Well done !

Lost my tag on the deer and then just cut the deer how they wanted. No apologies it was my fault they lost the tag tied to the leg of the deer. DON’T go there. Completely rude about it. Total waste of a deer.

Took a 9 point buck to this place and told them i wanted to keep the head and they lost the whole head. Rick Rice told me he didnt know where it went and his dad told me to my face he gave it to me but he lied. Then when we picked up the mest we didnt get back near what we should have. Plus they wouldnt let me look in the room where they keep the horns and all that people dont pick up. But some how a huge 9 point deer head just comes up totally no where to be found and i know someone who works there either stole it for their own or else Ricks dad kept it. Cause something that huge dont just walk off from a meat processing place this small!!!!

Really nice folks working there. Prices for processing are very reasonable, turn around time is fantastic, and they were are a hard working bunch!
