Citizens bank does not make it easy to make a loan payment. You cannot pay a loan payment over the phone or online unless you have an account with them. You cant pay through the drive through without a check or cash. You should just mail in your payments and save yourself the frustration. Totally not out to help you or make things easier for you.
If I could give a zero, I would. Worst drive thru customer service I have EVER experienced.
Everyone is very friendly. You don't spend a lot of time in line. It is fast service.
The tellers inside and in the drive thru are friendly and very helpful. I have a positive experience every time.
