Horrible slow service. Why do i have to spend 20 minutes in the drive thru EVERY time even tho i have ALL of my information prepared??? I wouldn't recommend this bank to ANYone. Try ARVEST there is some decent customer service.

The staff here is very friendly and energetic! Everytime I enter the building they are super professional and quick to get things done. They never seem to have too many people though. If they had more, I’d give it a 5 star rating.

The staff here is fantastic. They know my grandma by name and instantly recognize her voice when she calls. They're so helpful with everything she needs to do. They're always pleasant and courteous. I can't express how much I appreciate them.
