Kayla is amazing!! I’ve been having issues for days with this phone and she helps get it worked out- taking a couple hours out of her busy day dealing with att customer service etc. She was beyond patient and extremely personable. I’ll definitely be making her my go to in the future for all services.

I was in such a rush and only had 45 minutes to get my two girls phones upgraded and Kayla had us in and out within 30 mins. She transferred all their stuff and got our screen protector installed for us! I was amazed how fast the service was!
