My truck broke down on 10-29-20 i read good reviews from this place so my truck was tow to this place . Check in it took them 3 hours not so bad for only 3 people working on trucks. Well the juy from the office told me it was going to take one week 1/2 for the fuel pump to be delivered to there shop next mornig went to talk to the lady from the office and she told me that she was so so sorry that she heard him telling me that it was going to take one week 1/2 she told me if i wanted to fix it it was only going to take 3 days it was too late there were on there way to tow me home .ud83dude25 I'm not saying its a bad place but pepole like this are going to make it a bad place
Service was spectacular Getting me back on the road with the help of MATT at the Memphis Tennessee location

Much better lately.
Very nice people here. Got my truck right away and had it fixed in less than a day. But my only complaint is that they let me sleep in drivers lounge and did not tell me my truck was done. I guess thats not so bad. Thank you for getting back up and running.
