I had a bridal appointment today to choose my wedding dress. The staff here treated me SO respectfully!! They worked and made phone calls to help me understand the credit. They gave me so many options on accessories and really treated my mother and I with such attention and respect! Hailie was absolutely amazing to us and gave 100% attention to my needs and concerns. Plus, she was incredibly nice and asked about my life etc., that means a lot to me. The staff as a whole all were wonderful and the items were of great quality. I was really nervous about feeling pressure to choose something but it all went so smoothly. I thought I would hate being a Covid bride trying on dresses in a mask but honestly they made it so worth it! It felt more quiet and intimate because of the pandemic/ social distancing and we could all quietly talk about the options. I needed that. Thank you David’s Bridal Jonesboro, AR!!
Shelby helped me in choosing my dress, she was so patient and helpful in letting me choose my dress;moreover, Amy was so accommodating after I went for my alteration schedule. Davids bridal is the place where i found my dress for the event. All their staff are so friendly and professional. Will definitely come back if i need dresses for any occasions
I had ordered a dress online that didn't work out and was desperate. The ladies at David's Bridal came to the rescue, and I found the dress of my dreams! They even helped me pick out a veil and some great shoes and gave me pointers for how to make them more comfortable. My wedding day is next month, but they can have the alterations done in time! And the best part is my fiance LOVES it!!! Kaytlyn was the one helping me, and she was great! Thank you to all the lovely ladies at David's Bridal!!!

I do NOT even want to give 1 star. I purchased my wedding dress on sale at the first of the year before COVID. I was waiting for alterations to try and see if we could fix my dress to fit me perfectly and then the tornado took the store out and COVID happened. This caused my dress fitting to be around July. They wanted to quadruple my price I paid for it to even alter it. Which of course I could not afford at the time being a college student and losing my job to COVID. So I call corporate to see if I can get a larger size of my dress or a refund. No problem they send me one size up but it still does not fit. I called today and they do not make the dress anymore and gave me a hundred excuses. I then get yelled at and told that my dress was yellow and smelled of cigarette smoke. As everyone knows me I have asthma and hate cigarette smoke cannot be around cigarette smoke so how can my dress be yellow. I mean come on does that look yellow to you?! I never took my dress out of the bag until I went back to David's for the alteration appointment. I'm so heartbroken that my dream perfect wedding dress will not work out I will not be able to walk down the aisle in the dress I wanted to. Please save your time, money, and heartache and avoid David's bridal.
