Things have improved with Big 5. The last few times I've stopped in, it was a much better experience than I've had prior. This time today, all staff who helped us we're excellent. Today my wife was needing sneakers. Stopped in at the 122nd and Stark st. store. They didn't have her size in the shoe she wanted. I forgot the young man's name but he called 2 other stores and found what she was wanting in her size at the Gresham location. We went out the Gresham store and foutnd another group of great staff.nAnother young gentleman brought out the shoes on hold and made my wife very happy. So much so that she bought 2pairs of sneakers.nVery helpful staff, good sale prices, and a decent variety of footwear.nThank you for making this time ina very nice experience.
