Closed early on purpose, came like four minutes before closing the cashier lady saw me and closed the door before I was able to get out of the car. I knocked on the window she came out and I told her I’m not going to be shopping, just want to get a different size I bought earlier, she said “we’re closed”. I look at my iPhone clock and there was still three minutes till. Don’t know about the rest of the employees but this one does not care about customers.

Horrible customer service. Witnessed a customer completely in tears over the managers horrible attitude and rude behavior. That is simply just not acceptable in customer service. I will not be shopping here again. Everyone else should stay clear as well.

Amazing service. The owners are super helpful, friendly, and genuine. They will go above and beyond to help you find the perfect shoes. They even helped me stretch my shoes so it saves me from the aching pain of breaking the shoes in.
