Extremely nice staff especially toward the homeless. Very thoughtful and considerate. Some of the employees have gone beyond, despite what the rest of society thinks, just being friendly toward the homeless. They have offered water to a homeless lady for her and her cats on very hot days this summer. They have also offered her coffee and food during these very cold winter days. The people here have showed complete compassion for the less fortunate. Gives me great hope in humanity after all.
Big shout out to Rachel Kasper from your Oregon store. She helped out greatly in aquiring some Danner USMC Rat boots for my son. Rachel was professionalism itself. She followed up, sent pictures and is a great asset to Lacrosse footwear.
I purchased a pair of Lacrosse boots months ago. After 90 days one boot leaked. maybe wore them 6 times. Pathetic quality. I contacted place I bought them and they had 90 day warranty so they suggested I contact Danner/Lacrosse. I did. Their warranty is 1 year. They credited my account the refund. I don't want money in my account. I want my money in MY HAND! Why would I buy more boots that are junk. They claim they can't refund me because boots were bought elsewhere. But they can refund MY ACCOUNT. What the H is the difference? GIVE ME MY MONEY!nI've been fighting Danner/Lacrosse for appx cpl months. I suggested they send the boots back to company I bought them from and get a refund and they have now IGNORED me for the past 16 days and counting. they sure like to get your money but are pathetic to give support. A 1ST GRADER COULD HAVE REFUNDED MY MONEY BY NOW!!! In my opinion Lacrosse boots used to be good and stand behind their product. Then they must have gotten taken over by danner boots and quality took a cr*p.nI get this picture in my head of the customer service people sitting at their desk filing their fingernails while customers wait to hear back. 16 days and still waiting. Now that is some real professional customer service in my opinion.
Bought a pair of icemans wore them for work and play they lasted me 12 years! Bought my second pair lasted one winter for just ice fishing ! I dont know what they changed in the rubber but some reimbursement or a new pair would be reasonable i think ! When you spend good money i expect quality
I'm located out of Moscow, ID. I work 40+ hours a week, with Mandatory full lace ups. When the boots i purchased went south the local boot shop where i bought them from for $250+ was not helpful at all. La Crosse Footwear warrantied out my boots and one week later i have new Danner boots on. Thank you! your team is very helpful.
