We had a problem, with our AC unit James found the problem, and had it running, in 25 minutes.nTeresa scheduled the appointment, and called us back, to advise he was on his way.nVery nice folks, and affordable price.

Helpful associates, friendly. Hard to look around, just a lot of stuff, didn't see a showroom. Parts and things just everywhere, probably a great place for repairs not so much new appliances.

I've attempted to use them twice and both times they either took forever to show or never showed. When they did show they never came back with the parts. No calls to let you know they weren't coming. Seems like they think people have nothing better to do than to wait on them. I will NEVER call them again.
