Delivered to this location once, quick to unload, actually unloaded after hours. Not sure about overnight parking. Have now Pickup here multiple times, always a drop and hook now. Have seen drivers overnight park here, along drive. Located on AR 25 BYPASS.
Wasn't there
I started working with Defiance Metal June of 2011. At that time the plant was in a state of transition. I was made Weld Shop Supervisor shortly after being hired. I worked in this capacity until May of 2012 when I was dicriminated against and demoted with no reason given. I was not evaluated until after the demotion and after sending a grievance letter to the home office. The evaluation given by Brian Harlan was to say the least ludacris. It was a direct retaliation for sending the letter to the home office. Because Arkansas is a right to work state people Like Harlan (Plant Manager) and Creedmore(Vice President of Operations) can get away with anything they want. Workers in Arkansas have no rights against people like this.
